About TMatch
Finding the right therapist shouldn't feel confusing or overwhelming. TMatch is here to make that first step easier.
TMatch is a therapist-matching platform that helps you connect with therapists who fit your needs, preferences, and life circumstances, so you can start care with more clarity and confidence.
How TMatch Helps
We begin with a short intake conversation guided by Tracy, our AI-powered case manager. Tracy asks thoughtful questions to understand what you're looking for, such as your goals, availability, location, insurance preferences, language, and personal background.
Based on your responses, TMatch recommends a curated list of therapists and explains why each may be a good fit. You stay in control at every step, whether you choose to reach out, book a consultation, or continue exploring.
Built for Care, Not Pressure
TMatch does not provide therapy or make clinical decisions. Our role is to support you in finding options that feel aligned, so you don't have to navigate the process alone.
We're part of the Tmind AI team, working closely with therapists and educators to design tools that respect privacy, professionalism, and the human side of mental health care.
Finding the right therapist matters. TMatch helps you start with confidence!
