Informed Consent for AI Intake & Matching Services
Last Updated: July 2026
Effective Date: These Terms become effective on the date you first access or use TMatch, or when you explicitly agree to them during account registration.
TMatch is a service provided by Tmind AI Inc., doing business as TMatch. This notice explains how Tracy and TMatch's AI-assisted intake, matching, navigation, booking, and follow-up features work, including their scope and limitations.
Use of Tracy
TMatch uses Tracy, an AI-assisted feature, to support intake, matching, navigation, booking, reminders, and follow-up.
Tracy may ask questions about your goals, concerns, preferences, availability, location, insurance or EAP preferences, language, background, and other information you choose to share. Tracy may organize that information, generate non-diagnostic summaries, suggest potentially compatible providers, and help with administrative next steps.
Important Limitations
Tracy is an automated system, not a person or licensed mental health professional.
Tracy does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, legal advice, clinical judgment, crisis intervention, emergency response, or clinical supervision.
Tracy cannot reliably assess clinical risk, determine severity, evaluate whether a provider is clinically appropriate for you, or guarantee that a match will be successful.
AI-generated responses, summaries, or matching explanations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on limited information. You and your provider are responsible for reviewing and verifying relevant information.
Intake Information and Data Processing
During your interaction with Tracy, you may choose to provide mental health concerns, symptoms, goals, preferences, background information, insurance or EAP information, availability, location, and other details relevant to matching.
TMatch may analyze this information, including your conversation history with Tracy and account/profile data, to organize your intake, generate a non-diagnostic summary, support matching, explain potential fit, and help with booking or follow-up.
Your intake summary and relevant matching information may be shared with providers you choose, book with, are matched with, or authorize us to connect you with, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Therapist and Provider Matching
TMatch uses technology, algorithms, preference data, provider-submitted information, availability, location, insurance or EAP information, specialties, approaches, languages, and general compatibility indicators to suggest providers.
Matching is inherently limited and subjective. TMatch does not guarantee a successful therapeutic relationship, provider availability, clinical appropriateness, clinical outcomes, insurance coverage, reimbursement, or payment.
Any therapeutic or professional relationship exists solely between you and the provider you select or work with.
Voluntary Use and Booking Terms
Use of TMatch and Tracy is voluntary. You may stop using Tracy or TMatch at any time. You control whether to proceed with a provider match, consultation, or appointment.
If you book through TMatch, the booking flow or applicable TMatch policies may include payment, cancellation, no-show, refund, insurance, EAP, or provider-specific terms. You should review those terms before confirming a booking.
Telehealth and Provider Consent
TMatch may support booking or access to telehealth sessions. Telehealth involves electronic communications and may involve risks such as technical failure, connection interruption, unauthorized access, or privacy limitations despite safeguards.
This notice relates to your use of TMatch's platform and AI-assisted matching services. Your provider remains responsible for obtaining any treatment-specific informed consent, telehealth consent, privacy notices, supervised-provider disclosures, financial terms, practice policies, and other documents required for the provider's services.
Telehealth may not be appropriate for severe psychiatric crises or emergency situations.
Emergency and Crisis Disclaimer
TMatch and Tracy are not designed for emergency use. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, are in immediate danger, or may harm yourself or others, call 911 or call/text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the United States.
Do not rely on TMatch or Tracy for crisis support.
